Residential Metallic Epoxy Floors

Residential Metallic Epoxy Floors

Some floors are meant to be seen. A residential metallic epoxy floor gives a basement, living space, or showcase garage a finish with real depth and movement, swirling like marble or flowing water, on the same durable epoxy system that stands up to daily life.

  • Plain, Lifeless Concrete: A bare basement or garage slab looks unfinished. Metallic epoxy turns it into a floor that anchors the whole room.

  • Wanting a One-of-a-Kind Look: No two metallic floors are alike. The pigments move during install, so your floor is genuinely unique to your home.

  • Beauty Without Fragility: This is not a delicate finish. The metallic look sits on a durable epoxy system that handles real foot traffic.

  • Easy to Live With: The sealed, seamless surface wipes clean and resists stains, so a showpiece floor is not a maintenance burden.

Why Choose Price Concrete Coatings?

  • Skilled Application: Metallic takes a trained hand to control the swirl and depth. Our crew is Citadel trained on the system.

  • Prep That Lasts: The look is only as durable as the bond. We diamond grind so the finish holds up for years.

  • Warranty Backed: Your metallic floor carries a workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty, in writing.

Our Metallic Floor Process

  • Design and Evaluate: We talk through colors and the effect you want, then assess whether your slab is ready.

  • Grind and Repair: We diamond grind the concrete and fix cracks so the metallic system bonds cleanly.

  • Apply Metallic: We install the pigmented epoxy and work it to build the depth, swirl, and movement you chose.

  • Topcoat: A clear protective topcoat seals the finish, adds gloss, and makes it easy to maintain.

A Decorative, Elegant, Unique Finish

Consider a coating of metallic epoxy for a decorative, elegant, and unique look. It is a two-component epoxy that is 100 percent solid with a metallic pigment added. After the metallic base primer coat application, a squeegee or roller is used to apply a second coat. An optional UV resistant or 100 percent solids epoxy urethane coating can be added.

Metallic epoxy floors have a smooth, glossy finish that does not go unnoticed. A unique mixture that is designed as a particular flooring solution is created.

Thorough Surface Preparation

We use commercial tools, grinding machines and industrial-grade products to clean the surface of the floor. Our products have been tested to ensure they retain the highest durability. Any residue from dirt, grime, or grease is eliminated by our use of large surface grinders. We use hand scrapers on areas hard for machines to reach. The result is a pristinely, deep cleaned area.

Unlike other flooring companies that clean the surface once, we repeat the cleaning process until the surface is cleaned completely. When cleaning areas prone to build-up, we perform degreasing, drying, and cleaning processes as often as needed.

We understand the risks cleaning products and epoxy compounds pose when handled improperly. Because we care about our clients and employees, we are committed to the highest safety standards.
