Our Services We provide residential and commercial epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic garage floors, metallic basement floors, patio and porch coatings, and concrete repair and preparation services in Columbia, Missouri and the surrounding Mid-Missouri service area. Service availability may depend on location, access, and conditions.

Quotes and Estimates Quotes are based on the information you provide, such as estimated square footage, surface condition, and the coating system selected. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was described. We provide free, no-obligation estimates.

Scheduling and Cancellations We will confirm your appointment in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

Payment Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Any accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. We walk the property with you before we leave, and if something is not right, we will make it right. Please raise any concerns at the time of service so we can address them promptly.

Your Responsibilities Please provide safe access to the work area, clear the floor of vehicles and belongings, and let us know about any conditions that require special handling, such as moisture issues or heavily damaged concrete.

Limitation of Liability Price Concrete Coatings is licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions, including underlying concrete or moisture issues beyond our control.
